Hatha Yoga

A 60-minute Hatha Yoga practice blending mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, Tai Chi and Qigong to support lymphatic flow, release tension and reset the nervous system.

Rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, each 60-minute practice weaves together mindful postures, conscious breathing, meditation and gentle elements inspired by Tai Chi and Qigong. Flowing movements and breath-led sequences are also incorporated to encourage circulation and lymphatic movement while helping the body shift out of stress and into a calmer, more regulated state.

Expect a practice that feels slow, intentional and deeply grounding, with space to breathe, release tension and move according to what your body needs that day.

The combination of movement, stillness and breath can help improve mobility, flexibility and body awareness, support circulation and lymphatic flow, reduce muscular tension, and promote relaxation and nervous-system regulation. You may leave feeling lighter in your body, quieter in your mind and more connected to yourself.

The practice is especially suited to anyone feeling stressed, overstimulated, physically tense or disconnected from their body, as well as those who simply want a more mindful and restorative approach to yoga.

No previous yoga experience or particular level of flexibility is required. Come exactly as you are.
