Yin Yoga
A slow-paced, deeply restorative 60-minute practice designed to gently stretch the body, release tension and invite deep relaxation and renewal.
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for longer periods, allowing the body to gently soften and release. It supports flexibility and mobility, helps ease deep-held tension and encourages the nervous system to slow down and relax. With an emphasis on stillness, breath and letting go, Yin offers a restorative pause for both body and mind.
No previous yoga experience or level of flexibility is required, everyone is welcome.
